Go to Balmora and join the Thieves Clan in the Southwall Cornerclub. The man at the counter downstairs can take of your bounty for a price. To get rid of it for free, drop all your money in one of the crates outside the Cornerclub. Go inside and talk to the man downstairs behind the counter. Choose to talk to him about the price on your head. Accept to pay, but since you have no money in your inventory, you will not lose anything and your bounty will be gone. Go back outside and get your money from the crate.

Easy Skill Increases:

Acrobatics - Jump while you are traveling. It takes about 75 jumps to increase. But it is easy to do. Block - Hold the Hit button while being attacked. Armor - Fight simple enemies like Scribs and allow them to hit you a few times Atheletics Run constantly while your Fatigue Bar is in the green

Restore Fatigue:

1) While in the game, hit (B) to bring up the menus.

2) Use the (L) and (R) triggers to switch to the Stats menu.

3) Used the D-pad to select the Fatigue entry.

4) Press (BLACK) (BLACK) (WHITE) (WHITE) (BLACK)

5) Press and hold (A) until the desired Fatigue level is reached.

Using any code replaces the others, so only one can be active at a time. If a mistake is made entering a BLACK-WHITE code, start the cheat over at step 4. The cheat will remain active as long as you don't change menus using the (L) and (R) triggers. Leaving and entering menu mode does not reset the BLACK-WHITE cheat code, so you need only repeat steps 1, 3 (if necessary), and 5 to repeat the last cheat. If the (L) and (R) triggers are used to change menus, the BLACK-WHITE cheat code is cleared and all steps will have to be repeated.

Auto restore Magicka, Health or Fatigue:

Once you use one of the 3 cheats already explained above to restore one of these attributes, press the (A) button and hold it down to restore the attibute and then press the (B) button while you're still holding the (A) button to exit the menu. (You don't have to wait until it is full) That attribute will now automatically restore if it is depleted. So if for instance you do this after you use the Health cheat your health will automatically regenerate as you are fighting and you won't die. This works for Magicka and Fatigue as well.

Easy Steal:

If you can manage to get onto someones head (usally by jumping onto a table first) then going into sneak mode (push in the left joystick) you can steal anything thats in reach! Usally it takes a few times to get the position right but keep at it until you dont slide off.

Stealing/Killing Frenzy:

To steal or kill anyone without a bounty put on you, you can make a enchanted item or get a spell with Frenzy Hummanoid at 100% for 1 sec. And use that even from far distance to get a guard to attack you, then you can take all their armor and attack them back without being put on a bounty.

Reusable Soul Gem:

To get the Azure Star, a reusable soul gem; which is equalled to a Grand Soul gem. Get to the Shrine of Azura, if you look at the map of that came with the game it should be east of vivec. Finish the quest provided by the Shrine of Azura, and you will recieve the Azure Star worth 2 million.

Two Souls with one Creature:

All you need is two soul gems a soultrap spell and a soultrap on strike enchanted weapon; and of course a creature to soul trap. First you cast the soul trap spell on any creature, then you hit them with the enchanted weapon. And upon thier death, you will have two soul gems filled up with the same creature

Lvls over the barrier:

All you have to do to get as many lvls as you want is reach the max lvl that your char can go. Then get put in jail for any reason, the longer you are in jail; the more lvls your character will be able to go up. Just put your skills back up and lvl up over the limit that is set.

Boost Sneak Skill:

There's a really easy way to increase your sneak skill. Just get behind an NPC (one that doesn't walk around) I found that the guy at the entrance of the Fighter's Guild in Ald'Ruhn is good. Make him turn away from the door first. Then get something to hold down your sneak key, and go watch TV or something. When you come back later, your sneak skill should have increased.

NOTE: It may be harder to hold the sneak key down on the Xbox, but it should still be possible.

Unlimited Arrows:

When you have your Bow equipped, pull down the R trigger, and press B, then let go of R and un-equip the Arrows. Exit out of this screen and the arrow will shoot. Go back to the B screen and you will have all your arrows.

Increase weapon skill:

First buy yourself a bound weapon spell such as bound longsword, bound axe, bound longbow, etc. Once you have the spell cast it. You should get some kind of weapon from the spell. When the spell worked hold "X", "L", and "R" at the same time and hold it. The weapons should act like they are changing real fast and the game will slow down. Hold "X","L", and "R" until the spell is done. If you have done this right your skill for that type of weapon should have increased dramatically. It is possible to go from 50 to 2000 using the spell once.

Similar to quick level up:

You need to be a mid level character to do this but when your level 15 or so, head out to Ghostgate and in the West tower you should see a NPC with a full suit of armor. Taunt them, kill them and take their armor. Then complete the mages guild quests for the necromancers amulet. Equip the amulet and head back into any tomb and walk around until two NPC's are attacking you. I maxed out my block, light armor, and unarmored skills in an hour and a half. But be sure to repair everything or you'll get knocked out and killed.

Instant 100% Disposition:

To instantly increase someone's disposition to 100%, first buy any spell that increases how much a character likes you. Then visit a spellmaker and make a "Charm" spell. Choose to deliver the spell by touch or by target, but set magnitude at "100 to 100" and duration at 1. Buy the spell and when you cast it, the effect will not end.

Easy Sneak:

In balmora ,in the north guard tower (just behind the lady who sells books)go to the top floor thier is a guard thier get the guard to say something wait 3 seconds then go behind him in the corner and go into sneek mode (by pressing down on the left joystick) and wait. It may take a while but you can go do something else like sleep while you max out on sneek.

Master cheat:

Upon completing the main mission you will have the keening blade and the sunder hammer. When having both of them in your inventory, having one equiped if you hold down your left and right triggers and the x button you can build your attributes as high as you want them to be switching between both weapons allows you to build up different attributes. It is easier to do the code without any other weapons in your inventory when holding down the buttons you will notice that the flashes and everything is moving in slow motion that means the code is working. You don't want to hold it down to long with the keening blade because it will increase your speed to much.

Scamp in Balmora Money:

The scamp in balmora has 5000 gold pieces to barter with every 24 hours he pays full price for items that aren't damaged.

Katana:

Once you get the "fiend katana" a sword hold "y" and press "R" until you see the fiend katana as a magic weapon. Then press "Y" and then "R" you will get a sword called Bound "something something" it's a weird name.

Permanent bound cuirass:

You have to buy a bound curaiss spell or a scroll with bound cuirass. cast it. Go to your inventory and drop the bound cuirass (it is the only bound item you can drop) wait for the spell or scroll to wear off and pick it up again and you will permanently have a bound curaiss on your inventory that has no weight, rating of 80, and boosts your light, med, heavy, and unarmored skills by 5.

Permanently have any other bound item:

First step is to have a grand soul gem enchanted with a golden saint. Buy the bound spell of your choice, go to an enchanter, make sure to save before actually trying. Then, for example, if you want a permanent bound longsword, select golden saint soul gem, select a weapon (for weapons it has to be able to take a charge of at l! east 30 or so) select constant effect, enchant weapon, go to your menu and equip the enchanted weapon, get off your menu screen. When you do this, the enchanted item you equipped is replaced by the bound item. You should drop or sell the enchanted item immediately so you dont equip it again and have two bound longswords. When this is complete you have an awesome bound weapon or armor that has no weight and some nice properties. I dont know why but the bound curaiss is the only bound item you can drop, wait for the spell to wear off and pick it up again. To permanently have any other bound item you have to follow the second set of directions, which is not so bad if you have a two dozen golden saint grand soul gems, and pretty much limitless funds, which I will now explain. Grand soul gems can be found in the smugglers caves. you have to explore quite a bit, but there are ALOT of them out there. Golden saints are rare. they usually can randomly be found at da! edric shrines, also inside a few shrines: summon golden saint scrolls can be found, and less frequently by just walking around the ashlands. A few people sell summon golden saint scrolls, one or two even can pretty much sell them infinitely but i wont tell you who (haha). Anyways it is most fun to just find them and soultraop them the hard way. To have limtless funds first you have to raid a few daedric shrines, (make sure youre at least level 15) to get some valuable weapons and /or armor, then go east of the dwemer ruins that are east of vivec to a little island with a mudcrab on it. He has 10k gold and buys weapons and armor at face value, and his gold replenishes every 24 hours. So say you've been around and have a couple of ebony shortswords and you dont know what to do with them? take them to the mud crab, sell him one and rest 24 hrs. sell him the next and so on until you have ALOT of gold. To get rid of really expensive items that are way over 10k value, such as a daedric dai-katana you have to sell him enough small items then buy them all back to raise his gold high enough to buy your large item, then you have the added bonus of reselling all of the small items back again
